There are many ways to connect and serve at Home City Church.

Home Fire Groups

Home fire groups are a great opportunity for the church to get life-on-life with one another. The vision for home fire groups is to set aside a time every month to get to together and discuss our faith walk in following Jesus.  The ministry of Jesus demonstrates a pattern of sharing life and meals together as we grow in our faith walk.  Home City Church wants to do the same and focus on the development of people in the context of relationship.  You can join in with us on this journey as home fire groups meet the second Friday of every month at 6:30pm.

Children's Ministry

At Home City Church our desire is to see each child grow in the Lord and learn about their purpose and divine destiny. Our goal is for each child to understand the Bible at their own level and instill in them that they have a unique place in God's Kingdom. Whether it is praying, reading a scripture, or participating in a craft we want every child to get involved. 

Women's Ministry

Our vision is to know God’s word and to share his love with friends and family. Our mission is to disciple one another as we study the Bible together, to encourage one another as we share our testimonies and to foster a sense of unity as we engage in fellowship with one another. We desire to build heartfelt relationships as we walk side by side in this powerful journey of faith. We invite you to join us!

Prayer

 
Home City Church is a church that is grounded in prayer. While we believe prayer should be an ongoing part of every individuals life, we have specific opportunities where believers can engage in prayer. Our weekly intercessory prayer meeting takes place before service on Sunday mornings at 9:30 AM.  Our men's prayer meeting takes place every Friday morning at 6:30 AM.  We also believe strongly in the importance of prayer and fasting and as a church partake in this spiritual discipline the first Monday- Wednesday of each month. You are welcome to participate with us!  . 

Missions


We desire to serve Christ in the area of missions both locally and abroad. Helping those in need was one of the primary focuses of Jesus' ministry on earth.  Home City Church carries this same heart and helps out local children in need with a yearly backpack drive as well as focusing our international missions support towards the orphan population in Mazabuka, Zambia.  Even the smallest gift can go a long way in the lives of children and you have the opportunity to help make that difference.
