Orphans - Mazabuka, Zambia

Jesus instructs his followers to meet the needs of the least among us and in so doing we demonstrate our love of Him (Matthew 25:35-40).

Following the AIDS epidemic that viciously spread across the continent of Africa many children were left without parents, families and homes.  With nowhere else to turn these children were left to fend for themselves and would find themselves in the most inauspicious of circumstances.  Orphanages have become one of the most effective services to help meet the immediate needs of the people while also assisting to lift up communities at large.

At Home City Church we take Jesus' instruction seriously and feel the burden of this need.  Monthly we support an orphanage in the Zambian city of Mazabuka.  This orphanage is able to meet the basic needs of life for these orphans including food, water, shelter, clothing and education while also providing a safe environment for these children to live and sleep.

If you would like to partner with us in assisting these children you can donate on our GIVE page.  100% of donations to the orphanage go right to the children.
